Porcelain is transformed into a product through 4 different production stages. All porcelain products go through process control, dough preparation, shaping and firing processes respectively.

You can get support from our partner edthoreca to see the porcelain product range.

1.PROCESS CONTROL

– Controls the production of products that pass through the entire process from Dough Preparation unit to shipment in accordance with the criteria.

– Applications that are deemed to be out of criteria are stopped, and the product is ensured to be made correctly at once.

– The units are informed about the errors seen and necessary corrective and preventive actions are taken.

– The whole process is ensured to proceed in the AS400 system in accordance with the workflow.

2ND DOUGH PREPARATION

– Clay, kaolin, quartz, K-feldspar, K-feldspar, calcite, dolomite are used as raw materials and these high quality raw materials are supplied from both foreign and domestic suppliers.

– The sludge mixed in certain proportions according to the product to be shaped is subjected to separate processes according to different shaping methods.

– Granulate in spray dryer for shaping by isostatic pressing method,

– Sausage in vacuum press for plastic forming,

– Casting clay is also prepared for shaping by casting method.

– Transparent and colored glazes to be used in the glazing section are prepared.

3.SHAPING

1- Plastic forming (lathe) – With plastic forming method, products such as cups, mugs, some plates, bowls, salt shakers, sugar bowls, soup bowls, pots, mustard pots, toothpick holders, egg holders, etc. can be made.

4.COOKING

BISCUIT BAKING

The products shaped in the forming section are biscuit fired at 1000°C for an average of 15-17 hours at an average of 15-17 hours after removing the moisture in order to have a certain strength and water absorption capacity before glazing. Finished biscuit baked products are ready for glazing.

SORTING

The biscuit baked products are glazed with the glaze prepared in the dough preparation section by dipping glazing method. Automatic dipping glazing on Triplex and minor machines and manual dipping glazing on belts. Triplex machines glaze plates, minor machines glaze bowls, and manual glazing glazes boats, plates, cups, mugs, etc.
